Workshop "Dark Matter at the LHC", September 19-21, 2013 @ Chicago, IL

KICP is hosting a workshop "Dark Matter at the LHC" this fall on the University of Chicago campus. The workshop will include both theorists and experimentalists actively working on LHC signals of dark matter. The focus will be on model independent approaches. The goal of the meeting is to discuss avenues for taking full advantage of the next LHC run for dark matter studies.

Dark Matter hub MissionThere is overwhelming evidence that approximately one quarter of the mass density of the Universe consists of an unknown form of Dark Matter. The Dark Matter Hub’s mission is to bring together investigators performing research on all aspects of Dark Matter to fully elucidate the solution to this longstanding cosmological mystery.
